Unlike Java phones, Configuration of Symbian phones does not require creation of prov, You enter the settings direct to your phone.

Settings > Configuration > Access Point > Create New Access Point > Fill in the IP, PORT, APN and Username/Password given to use on Our Portal.
When you open the Application and Ask to connect, choose the Access Point created with the Cheat for the Application.
With this Steps you can Create a New Profile or Edit existing ones with the Necessary or create a New Settings for your Application with the Cheat given to you
Note: After creation of access point. to locate the place you put your IP and PORT click on OPTIONS----ADVANCED SETTINGS. Then the proxy server address and Port server address is where the IP and PORT should be put respectively.
